Waiver of Liability for

7-Day Microbiome Boost &

4-Week Microbiome Reboot

Please read this waiver carefully before registering for our 7-Day Microbiome Boost or our 4-Week Microbiome Reboot. By participating in either or both, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below:

1. Assumption of Risk: I understand that participating in the 7-Day Microbiome Boost or in the 4-Week Microbiome Reboot, involves certain inherent risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to, physical exertion, dietary changes, and potential reactions to new routines or ingredients. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in the program.

2. Health Condition: I certify that I am in good health and have consulted with a healthcare professional regarding my participation in the 7-Day Microbiome Boost or in the 4-Week Microbiome Reboot. I am not aware of any medical condition or physical limitation that would prevent me from safely participating in the program. If any medical conditions arise during the program, I agree to immediately notify the program organizers.

3. Personal Responsibility: I acknowledge that my health and well-being are my sole responsibility. I will listen to my body, honor its limits, and make modifications as necessary during the 7-Day Microbiome Boost or the 4-Week Microbiome Reboot. I understand that the program is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Any decisions I make regarding my health are my own.

4. Release of Liability: I hereby release and discharge the organizers, facilitators, employees, and affiliates associated with the 7-Day Microbiome Boost or the 4-Week Microbiome Reboot from any and all claims, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from my participation in the program. This release includes, but is not limited to, any claims for personal injury, property damage, or loss arising from the program.

5. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organizers, facilitators, employees, and affiliates associated with the 7-Day Microbiome Boost or the 4-Week Microbiome Reboot from any claims, damages, or expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from my participation in the program.

6. Photography and Testimonials: I grant permission to the program organizers to use any photographs, videos, or testimonials taken during the program for promotional purposes without compensation.

By registering for the 7-Day Microbiome Boost or the 4-Week Microbiome Reboot, I acknowledge that I have carefully read and understood this waiver of liability. I voluntarily agree to its terms and waive any rights I may have to bring a legal action or assert a claim for damages against the program organizers.

If I am registering a minor for the program, I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian and have the authority to enter into this waiver on their behalf.
